The chassis determines the grid (how many parts fit) and the weight capacity. The same class comes in several grid shapes — pick by how you stack your parts.

MOUNTED KITS + TURRET PLATFORMS
Cannons come as kits (carried and mounted on a turret deck). The parts database doesn't track damage numbers for kits — the “source” column tells you where each one comes from. Below are also all the turret platforms and armor plates you mount them on, with full stats.
| Kit (12) | Rarity | Description | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Common | Rusty 40 mm autocannon — twin-barrel anti-air, works against ground targets too. (T1) | loot | |
| Common | Rusty 70 mm shotgun cannon — scattershot; the front armor protects the crew. (T1) | loot | |
| Common | Rusty 80 mm naval cannon — long range, slow. (T1) | loot | |
| Uncommon | Worn 40 mm autocannon — twin-barrel anti-air, works against ground targets too. (T2) | loot | |
| Uncommon | Worn 70 mm shotgun cannon — scattershot; the front armor protects the crew. (T2) | loot | |
| Uncommon | Worn 80 mm naval cannon — long range, slow. (T2) | loot | |
| Rare | Pristine 40 mm autocannon — a twin-barrel anti-air cannon that works against ground targets too. | craft: Kaiserplatz | |
| Rare | Pristine 70 mm shotgun cannon — scattershot; the front armor plate protects the crew. | craft: Strudel | |
| Rare | Pristine 80 mm naval cannon — taken off the fleet; long range, slow rate of fire. | craft: Sprengstoffabrik | |
| Experimental | Experimental twin 2×70 mm shotgun cannon (SGOW) — double the firepower per salvo. | Dreadnaught (Red Box) | |
| Experimental | Experimental 40 mm autocannon — a tuned mechanism + barrel cooling for higher output. | Dreadnaught (Red Box) | |
| Experimental | Experimental 80 mm railgun — a naval cannon with an electromagnetic accelerator. Drinks energy, enormous range. | Dreadnaught (Red Box) |

Experimental weapons — why they're special
DREADNAUGHT ONLY
Purple technology
Experimental is the highest of the 6 rarity tiers — this technology cannot be crafted and comes exclusively from the Dreadnaught (Storm Dive · Final Extract · rare spawn chance). A railgun with an electromagnetic accelerator, an autocannon with barrel cooling, a double 2×70 salvo — plus domes that bend projectile physics.
The road to the ship leads through the key chain → Five keys to the Dreadnaught
Experimental 2x70 mm Twin Shotgun Cannon Kit — Experimental twin 2×70 mm shotgun cannon (SGOW) — double the firepower per salvo.
Experimental 40 mm Autocannon Kit — Experimental 40 mm autocannon — a tuned mechanism + barrel cooling for higher output.
Experimental 80 mm Railgun Kit — Experimental 80 mm railgun — a naval cannon with an electromagnetic accelerator. Drinks energy, enormous range.
Domovyk Protective Dome — Domovyk protective dome — a magnetic field that slows down or stops fast physical projectiles.
Pestkop Lorenz Amplifier — Pestkop Lorenz amplifier — an electromagnetic field that accelerates metal objects inside it.

A quality ladder by rarity from the item database — exact damage numbers for the kits aren't tracked (yet), so we don't invent them.
